Digital Grassroots has identified a gap in knowledge sharing between industry experts and underrepresented communities. The digital natives in these underserved places are young community leaders whose voices will be strengthened by interacting with experts in their respective internet-related fields.

The criteria for our mentors include

Advocate for a healthy, inclusive, and bottom-up internet

Expert in an internet-related field

Experience working in solidarity with grassroots communities

Practices open leadership and inclusive principles in their work

Holds values of knowledge-sharing and learning through mentorship
